My Teaching Beliefs Include:
A butterfly is just a change in life, that has gone from the ordinary to the extraordinary
Let every child know he/she is top priority.
Each child is a unique and individual butterfly, that will evolve and develop in his or her own way. Each child should be allowed to learn in that manner.
Let children experience learning that is fun, exciting and interactive.
Learning should be a hands on experience that the entire class can share, whether it be reading, math, science or social studies.
Parents are instrumental in the child’s growth, make sure they are included.
Parents know their child best. Parents should be included, and invited into the classroom, and participate actively in their child's learning.
Build relationships and trust, and the mind will follow.
Once you have the child's trust, they will be an eager participant in their own learning community.
Guide each child as they develop their character, values and thinking.
A child needs to develop his or her own personality, and mind. They need positive role models, active in their life, to help them build their character.
